Kenny Zahrt was the ultimate motocross racer. He grew up in Southern California. A massive stroke took him away from us on November 14. On this day, family and friends came to say goodbye and to share their stories about the good times they had with Kenny.

Marty Tripes, a legendary name in motocross who raced against Kenny, came out to cook a fantastic meal for all in attendance. After that, deejay Greg Barbacovi passed around the microphone, and that was followed by a service. A group picture was taken, and balloons were released into the sky, bearing Kenny’s number-402 plate aloft.

This photographic feature starts with pictures of Kenny Zahrt racing plus memories from recent reunions, followed by photos of this day’s events.
